Buying tickets
Pick an event, choose tickets (or seats), and pay with PayHere or PayPal. Tickets are held for 15 minutes while you pay. After payment they appear in My tickets.
I paid but see no tickets
Confirmation can take a minute. Check My orders. If it still says pending after a few minutes, don't pay again: contact support with your order reference.
Transfers and refunds
Open a ticket and choose Transfer to send it to a friend. Refunds depend on the event's policy and are requested from the order page.
At the door
Show the QR code on your ticket page. It works once; a transferred ticket gets a new code.
